Red Wine & Blue is a national community of over half a million diverse suburban women working together to defeat right-wing extremism, one friend at a time (best explained by this NYT episode of “The Daily”: The Field: Why Suburban Women Changed Their Minds and this Washington Post profile, ‘Blue’ suburban moms are mobilizing to counter conservatives). Attacks on our rights are happening on multiple fronts, from public education to reproductive rights. Red Wine & Blue is mobilizing suburban women to stand up to extremism in every community in America.

WHAT WE OFFER
In addition to a competitive salary, RWB offers its full-time employees a benefits package that covers 75% of employee medical, dental, & vision insurance premiums. We are a mom-led, family-friendly organization that covers a generous portion of dependent premiums.
We believe that a healthy work-life balance is essential to continuing to do this work. In addition to a generous PTO policy, employees also receive sick time off as well as personal and wellness time off. We have a generous holiday schedule observing all Federal holidays and including a one-week Thanksgiving and one-week holiday break. Red Wine & Blue employees are eligible to participate in the Red Wine & Blue 401(k) retirement plan after completing 90 days of employment. RWB has a 4% match for employee contributions.
