Lily Pond, an introvert and first-generation immigrant who moved to her city just before Covid and barely knew her neighbors, shares her journey in community building. After she began delivering meals for a local food bank and hearing families’ stories, she was moved to do more — organizing a group of volunteers and meeting many ‘like-minded and like-hearted people’ along the way.
