RWB Network LOGO USE POLICY TERMS & CONDITIONS

Red Wine & Blue (RWB) is the sole and exclusive owner of the name, logo, and brand of Red Wine & Blue Network. The Red Wine & Blue Network logo is a valuable piece of intellectual property, an important symbol of RWB’s overall brand identity, and a critical piece to our success in harnessing the power of suburban women to change the world, one suburb at a time.

Nevertheless, to assist Red Wine & Blue Network leaders, like you, in organizing the folks in your community about the issues you care about, along with RWB’s Red Wine & Blue Network tool kit, RWB permits you (“Partner”) the use of the Red Wine & Blue Network name and logo(s) in limited circumstances.

The following Red Wine & Blue Network Logo Use Policy Terms & Conditions sets out the requirements and specifications for use of the Red Wine & Blue Network name, brand, and logo.

Red Wine & Blue Network Partners who want to use the graphics will need to complete a request form and agree to the following terms and conditions. Once completed, you will receive a direct email with the toolkit and logo files. Once you receive the toolkit, as a Partner you have a revocable license to use the logo and name. All uses by Red Wine & Blue Network Partners shall adhere to the following terms and conditions:

PARTNER RESTRICTIONS: Partner as a licensee of the Red Wine & Blue Network name and logo shall:

use only the Red Wine & Blue Network logo image obtained from RWB;
not alter the Red Wine & Blue Network logo without specific written approval of RWB;
not deviate from the approved Red Wine & Blue Network color palette and fonts; and
not apply for, or obtain, or assist any Person in applying for or obtaining any registration of the Red Wine & Blue Network logo, or any trademark, service mark, trade name, or other indicia confusingly similar to the Red Wine & Blue Network logo.

CONDITIONS OF USE: Red Wine & Blue Network’s name and/or logo shall not be used in any way:

to promote any product for commercial sale;
that violates RWB’s nonprofit status under federal or state law or violates campaign finance or election law;
that could potentially expose RWB to financial liability to third parties;
that contains content that is discriminatory or offensive; or
that otherwise conflicts with the RWB’s values.

CONSEQUENCES OF NON CONFORMING USE

Partner agrees that RWB has the full right and authority to order a user (or on RWB’s own accord) take down what RWB solely determines are non-conforming uses of the Red Wine & Blue Network name and/or logo.
Failure to adhere to any of these terms and conditions may result in the suspension or termination of Partner’s privileges as a member of Red Wine & Blue Network.
Serious violations of these terms and conditions may also be subject to legal action.
